The goal of this project was to create a concept for an app. The app I created was Moodsync. Moodsync is an app that lets you and your psychiatrist and/or therapist keep track of your habits in order to see how they affect your mental health. It can track your mood, medicine, eating, sleeping, and anything else that could possibly affect your mood. The app can detect patterns and help to see if change in habits are needed.
